Alexandra specializes in individual counseling with adolescents and adults

with anxiety/depression, providing skills for work-life balance, parenting support, and managing stress. She values the therapeutic relationship and works to provide a comfortable and safe environment for each client. Alexandra feels passionate about helping people navigate through challenging times and helping them move towards success.

Alexandra earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University and her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. Her education and experience have prepared her to work with a variety of individuals and concerns. She has experience counseling adolescents, adults, families, and parents in both individual and group settings. From mindfulness to improved communication skills, Alexandra brings in a variety of helpful coping strategies to help individuals and families reach their goals.

Alexandra’s previous experience includes work in behavioral health and hospital settings where she worked with a variety of individuals and families in crisis. Her calm demeanor allows clients to feel safe and secure during challenging situations filled with heightened emotions. Alexandra also has experience running counseling groups, including various support groups and parenting groups.
