Rebecca Farrar
ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTIONIST
Rebecca serves on the UPC Leadership Team as Administrative Coordinator, a role she has held since the center’s opening in 2015. She brings a warm, welcoming presence to the office and is widely recognized for her reliability, positive leadership, and collaborative spirit.
Rebecca earned an Associate of Arts degree from North Central Texas College, graduating with honors. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Development and Family Studies with a minor in Addictive Disorders and Recovery Studies (ADRS) at Texas Tech University. She plans to continue her education with graduate studies toward a Master’s in Counseling with a focus on addiction.
In addition to her degree work, Rebecca is a certified Active Parenting facilitator, enhancing her work with families through practical, evidence-based parenting strategies.
Within her dual responsibilities at UPC, Rebecca plays a pivotal role in daily operations, overseeing scheduling and billing support for families, coordinating trainings and group opportunities for families and professionals, and organizing Center events. She also serves as a Behavioral Interventionist, working directly with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental and behavioral challenges. In this capacity, Rebecca helps clients develop social and communication skills to improve daily functioning and overall quality of life, driven by a deep commitment to positively impacting families and individuals.
Outside of her professional work, Rebecca enjoys antiquing and cheering on her children at their sporting events, finding happiness in making meaningful memories with her family.
