Medication Refill Request
We value our clients and are committed to providing high-quality, thoughtful psychiatric care. To support safe, timely, and effective treatment, please review the information below before submitting a medication refill request.

Requests should be submitted at least 5 business days in advance.

Controlled medications may require an up-to-date visit and cannot be refilled early.

If you have not attended an appointment within the last 90 days, you will need to make and attend an appointment prior to your medical provider refilling your prescription.
How to Request a Refill
