Alyssa (Aly) Martin

Aly is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find their path to greater well-being and fulfillment. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep commitment to personal growth and healing. Aly believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship to create a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can openly explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She is passionate about helping people build healthier relationships, effectively manage stress, and overcome obstacles to help them be the best version of themselves. Aly highly values the well-being of each person she works with and is committed to providing a confidential and safe space to explore concerns and work toward positive change.

 

Aly holds a Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. Her education and experience have prepared her to effectively work with individuals, couples, groups, and families who present with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and much more. Aly works with individuals throughout the lifespan and particularly enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and those experiencing big life transitions. Aly’s previous clinical experience includes working with individuals and their families in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. She conducted risk assessments, engaged in safety planning, and helped individuals work towards improved mental health and life satisfaction.

 

Aly draws from a client-centered framework and tailors her sessions to meet an individual’s unique needs and goals. Whether seeking help with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, or personal growth, Aly works to help her clients develop strategies and insights to support their individual journey. Life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they don’t have to be faced alone. Aly is here to provide support and work with clients to help them on their journey to find healing and personal growth.
